Making Reservation：
1.
Upon reservation, 50% of the rent is required as deposit to hold the room(s). Reservations made during lunar spring break will require full payment upfront.
2.
Three days after making the reservation, please make the payment via wire transfer or ATM transfer.
It can be postponed in case of official holidays. If payment is not made within 3 days as specified, the reservation will be cancelled.

After the payment is made, please contact and advise us the last five digits of your bank account number, or have your name and contact numbers on the remittance note or wire transfer memo, and fax it to:（08）886-3039

For same day reservations, full payment must be made within one hour after reservation. If full payment is not made, the room will be made available to other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancelling Reservation：

For reservations on one room, we do not accept cancellation or changes in date, room type and number of rooms within 3 days prior to your arrival date. For 4 to 6 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% of your deposit for any cancellations, or it can be postponed once for up to 6 months. For cancellations 10 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund full deposit (but a NTD $100 administration fee will be charged), or it can be postponed once for up to 6 months.
For example: Reservation is made for check-in on January 20. No cancellations or changes in date, room type and numbers will be accepted after 10pm on January 16. From 10pm on January 9 to 10pm on January 16, 50% of deposit will be refunded, with the option of postponing once. On the day of check-in, if there is typhoon, earthquake, or any natural disasters (based on announcements released by local governments where the hotel located), full refund on deposit will be given (but a NTD $100 administration fee will be charged), or it can be held for up to 6 months.
